MOVE
to take action | to change position or posture | to cause to operate or function
To me, if life boils down to one thing, it's movement. To live is to keep moving.
- Jerry Seinfeld
Humans weren’t designed to be stationary for 12 hours a day behind a desk, to sit on a commuter train for 1-2 hours at a time, or to spend hours hunched over an iPhone, scrolling through Instagram feeds. Sure, these activities are a way of life for many of us… but we can bring a little balance into our lives with simple movement.
Whether it be a short walk with the dog, hopping on a bike to grab that cup of coffee, or even hitting the gym or studio for a group class, there are small changes that you can make to Rediscover Your Wellness. Small changes can often have life-changing results, or as one of my favorite yoga instructors, Jillian Pransky, likes to say “A Little + Often = A Lot!”
Together, we will develop goals and implement changes appropriate to your lifestyle to bring more energy and freedom into your life. Through private or group yoga classes as a standalone service or as part of a broader health coaching relationship, we will explore ways to incorporate movement into your life to improve health conditions, heal your body, and relax your nervous system.
